Pumpkin Cheesecake
This pumpkin cheesecake recipe will be sure to turn heads on thanksgiving or any night. This is the perfect recipe for a fall dessert.
Ingredients
Crust
6 Tbsp of melted, unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups of crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Filling
3 (8-ounces) of packages cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
15 oz canned pumpkin pie mix / half of can
4 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
either make or but pie crust
in one bowl add 8 oz cream cheese and 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar and beat until softened and mixed thoroughly (refer to youtube video for reference)
In another bowl add wet ingredients, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie mixture, flour, sour cream, pumpkin pie spice and salt and mix unntil even
add wet ingredients into the cream cheese mixture and mix or beat until smooth
add filling into pie crust
put in pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes
let rest for 30 minutes
place in fridge for 4 hours (for best result leave over night) to settle
take out and serve ( for toppings use melted caramel bites and whipped cream).
