Chicken Pot Pie
This quick and easy chicken pot pie is perfect for a quick dinner for the family to enjoy. Packed with protein and vegetables that the kids will love.
Ingredients
1 rotissorie chicken
1 pilsbury ready pie crust
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of mixed vegetables
1/2 tspgarlic and onion powder
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
butter
Instructions
pre heat oven to 350 degrees
shred chicken and place in bowl
add shredded chicken, mixed veggies, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl and mix
spray 9in pan with butter and layer pie crust in pan
add chicken mixture in pan and top with another layer of pie crust
place in oven and let cook for 45 min or until crust is flakey and desired color
