Cinnamon Focaccia
If you want a quick and easy breakfast meal prep, then this easy cinnamon focaccia bread is perfect for you.
For those of you who don’t have time to cook breakfast every day we can store this focaccia bread in the fridge for the week. This is the perfect meal prep for a grab and go breakfast.
Ingredients
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast (or active dry yeast but these steps are minus the rising of active dry yeast)
2 tbsp of honey (or 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp white sugar)
2 cups warm water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cinnamon
Instructions:
pre heat oven to 350
chop 2 oz of spinach and place to the side.
chop 4 slices of turkey bacon and place to the side.
finely chop all veggies (mushrooms, bell pepper, onion)
add oil into hot pan and then add turkey bacon, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, and spinach until cooked.
in a large bow crack your eggs and add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp on garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and all-purpose seasoning and mix.
add cooked veggies and protein into egg mixture and mix until dispersed evenly.
add to muffin pan and disburse evenly into each.
add shredded cheese on top.
place in oven, set timer for 15-25 minutes until eggs are completely cooked.
