Smoothie Bowl

This easy smoothie (Acai) Bowl is simple and quick for a busy morning or perfect for an after-gym meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup of drozen blue berries

  • 1 cup of frozen sliced bananas

  • 1 cup of milk of choice

  • granola

  • honey

  • coconut flakes


Instructions

  1. Add all frozen fruit into a blender

  2. add milk into a blender

  3. blend until smooth and thick not smooth and runny

  4. place in bowl

  5. top with frozen fruit, granola, and honey
