Smoothie Bowl
This easy smoothie (Acai) Bowl is simple and quick for a busy morning or perfect for an after-gym meal.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of drozen blue berries
1 cup of frozen sliced bananas
1 cup of milk of choice
granola
honey
coconut flakes
Instructions
Add all frozen fruit into a blender
add milk into a blender
blend until smooth and thick not smooth and runny
place in bowl
top with frozen fruit, granola, and honey
