Citrus Branzino Fish
This under 30 minute recipe is great to brighten up a cold winter’s night. Perfect for date night or dinner.
Ingredients
2 - 4 branzino fish filet or one whole branzino
1 large lemon
1 orange
1 Cara Cara orange
1 cup of pomegranate seeds
3 tb oil
1 tsp onion and garlic powder
1 tsp old bay
1/2 cup chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
pre heat oven to 400 degrees
thinly slice lemon, orange, and Cara Cara
melt butter for 10 seconds, add seasoning, rosemary and lather the fish with it
layer citrus on bottom of pan
layer season fish on top
add another layer of citrus on top of fish.
place in oven and let cook for 15 minutes then broil for 10 minutes.
plate, add pomegranate and enjoy.
