Cajun Seafood pasta
This under 30-minute recipe is great to add some spice to a super simple meal and is perfect for date night or dinner.
Ingredients
8-16 Peruvian Scallops
6-12 large/jumbo shrimp
1 small can of real crab claw meat
1/2 purple onion
1 green bell pepper
3 tb oil
1 tsp onion and garlic powder
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp Cajun/creole seasoning
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 lemon squeezed juice
linguine pasta
Instructions
heat oil in skillet.
start a pot of boiling water for pasta.
rinse, dry, and season shrimps and scallops.
once skillet is hot add in scallops and let cook for 2-4 minutes once done let shrimps cook.
in same skillet add bell peppers and onions until soft
rinse crab claw meat and scan for any shells then add into skillet with bell peppers and onion then add spinach.
once spinach cooks down add in heavy cream, lemon juice, seasoning mix, scallops, and parmesan cheese. cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
once water reach boiling, add pasta noodles, and cook until tender.
add 1/2 cup of pasta water to sauce mix and add cooked noodles to sauce, mix and cover to let cook on low for 5minutes.
let cool, plate and enjoy!
