Smoked salmon Avocado Toast

This healthy low-calorie breakfast is perfect for a busy morning or post workout breakfast. If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to make or full breakfast or if you are too tired to get in the kitchen, try this little ingredient smokes salmon avocado toast.


Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Smoked salmon

  • Ripe avocado

  • salt and pepper

  • caper

  • red onion


Instructions

  1. Toast bread in skillet with butter or oil (sourdough is best)

  2. top with 1 whole ripe avocado and smash with a fork

  3. season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and drizzle of lemon juice.

  4. place smoked salmon on top of avocado

  5. top with red onions, capers, and poached egg
