Smoked salmon Avocado Toast
This healthy low-calorie breakfast is perfect for a busy morning or post workout breakfast. If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to make or full breakfast or if you are too tired to get in the kitchen, try this little ingredient smokes salmon avocado toast.
Ingredients
Bread
Smoked salmon
Ripe avocado
salt and pepper
caper
red onion
Instructions
Toast bread in skillet with butter or oil (sourdough is best)
top with 1 whole ripe avocado and smash with a fork
season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and drizzle of lemon juice.
